With a lifetime's involvement in the travel industry, Kristina has
been co-owner of Travel By Design since its inception in 1990. She has
travelled extensively throughout the world - both for business and pleasure
- and she vigorously fights on behalf of independent travel agencies,
so as to give them a clear voice and role in the travel industry.

Having co-founded Travel By Design with Kristina, Irene is equally knowledgeable about world travel, and has special expertise in ensuring clients remain well looked after, happy and safe should they be subject to unpredictable events whilst on holiday! Irene's favourite destinations for her own holidays are France and Devon - though anywhere with sunshine is fine by her!
